Hoffs Drawlar Funeral Parlor

As per usual, please do NOT read this if you want to avoid spoilers or have not watched LOST through Season 4.

We first see the Hoffs Drawlar (which re-arranged is flash forward, amirite?) Funeral Parlor during the Third Season finale.  Jack visits the funeral home for a funeral no one shows up to, and we the audience don’t know who it is.  In the real world, the funeral home is a vacant building.  Just across the street and up a block is the Konko Mission, which was used as the interior for the funeral procession.

We lucked out and got to go in for a peak.

Sure, the old piece of crap building is nothing much to look at but one of my all time favorite scenes is at the end of Season 4 when Jack is all strung out driving his car and blasting The Pixies’ “Gouge Away”.  Aside from the unfortunate beard, its all just totally bad ass as Jack breaks into the funeral home, obviously desperate to find something or someone.

Not much to look at, but tons of fun for LOST freaks like you and me.  This particular location is not covered on any of the LOST tours in Hawaii, so you’ll have to go here on your own for a peak.
