Twin Peaks – Owl Cave

Welcome to Griffith Park in Hollywood, home of hallowed Twin Peaks (among MANY others) filming location Owl Cave.  The locals know it as Bronson Caves and as the legend goes, it is also where Charles Bronson got his screen name.  The caves have been used since the early 20th century for filming with numerous westerns using the area over and again.

The caves haven’t changed a bit, and barring any catastrophe never will.  Atleast until California slides off into the ocean.  You will not find any owl cave petroglyphs unfortunately, but you’ll get a fantastic view of the Hollywood sign.

Perhaps it is most famously known as the exterior of the Batcave from the 60’s Batman television series starring Adam West and Burt Ward
